While incorporating the comfort, functionality, and ease of movement essential to traditional samue workwear, this piece also reflects the refined tailoring techniques cultivated through Kamakura Shirts’ expertise in dresswear, resulting in a clean, streamlined silhouette.

The fabric is a specially developed 9oz easy-care PALPA denim, created in collaboration with Kaihara Denim. This exclusive textile reimagines Kamakura Shirts’ best-selling easy-care “PALPA” shirt fabric in denim form. In addition to enjoying the beautiful aging and character unique to indigo denim, the fabric offers excellent wrinkle resistance and dries faster than 100% cotton—making it highly functional as well.

The sleeve cuffs are designed for easy rolling, allowing you to quickly push up the sleeves. Whether cooking, doing laundry, cleaning, or working in the garden, the design ensures practicality and freedom of movement. Zippered and hip pockets provide convenient storage for a wallet or smartphone, making it suitable for quick outings as well.

The pants can also be worn on their own, making them versatile enough for casual everyday wear.

・This product is made from indigo-dyed denim. Please be aware that color transfer may occur due to friction while wearing. Fading will occur with each wash. Especially during the first 1–3 washes, color may bleed significantly. Please wash separately. For subsequent washes, we also recommend washing separately whenever possible, turning the garment inside out and placing it in a laundry net.
・Friction may cause color transfer to light-colored bags or items. We recommend wearing undergarments in similar or darker tones.
・Some areas may show white yarn due to the natural characteristics of the fabric. This is part of the material’s original texture and is not considered a defect.
