We take pride in our Japanese craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shirt doesn't fit perfectly, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging including all tags and pins. Ensure the shirt is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Kamakura

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location. Please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
